Can't Take It

There is a fire in my woodstove.





It is AUGUST.




That's all I have to say about that.

    I totally agree as I sit here in flannel pants, socks and a sweathirt, covered up in a big blanket. I guess Fall's here.

    We had frost yesterday morning. And Renfest just started ( http://www.renaissancefest.com/MRF ). Disgusting.

    Well, maybe they will have warm mead this year.

    Sucks to be all of you in the northern Midwest. Peru has been at least 60° (at most 95°, normally 75°) since I got here. It might get chilly in the night, but daytime is all sunburn and short sleeves.

    Also, almost never rains. Only 3 months of the year.

    Rubbing it in? Absolutely. With salt and lemon juice for your wound.
